Back on Track!

I’m doing WAY better today.  Going swimming at lunch, which I love (and I even remembered sunscreen — I ROCK!).  Scale says 200 — not great, but it’s not up.  And that was after a cup of coffee, so I’m hoping that there’s at least 8 oz that I can nix off of that tomorrow when I hop on that scale (ahem, step gingerly so as not to anger the weighing-in gods…)

Massage tonight at the chiropractor’s!  Woot!  I’ve been fairly tight in my back (from swimming, I suppose) and my calves and feet are really tight from the kicking workout yesterday.

I didn’t plan my meals this week, which usually ends poorly.  Stopping at the grocery store after the massage to pick up some stuff for tonight & tomorrow’s dinner.  Thursday I’ll eat out, and not quite sure what we’ve got planned for the weekend.  I am excited though — Ralph’s has raspberries & blackberries for $0.99!
