Ugh. I’ve been doing really well recently, until today. Had a decent breakfast & lunch & snack, then went to a Dumpling party. Make your own dumplings — so the party basically revolved around what interesting combos you could make & eat. I brought 2 separate dishes — grass fed beef with onions, scallions, garlic, salt & pepper and shredded carrots, bok choy, onions, and teriyaki sauce. Unfortunately, they were both WAY better fried than boiled. We then tried banana and almond butter, and someone else brought chocolate. Again, better fried. Add some sauvignon blanc in there, and I’m WAY over for the day. Didn’t get a workout in today, either. D’oh!
